RETURNS + EXCHANGES:

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE / HATS & SKINCARE FINAL SALE

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if anything doesnt work out, Returns are accepted within 21 days of the packages arrival. Items must be in the condition they were sent, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.

If wishing to RETURN, please email me at NativeBoheme@yahoo.com and I will send you a FREE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. (This currently only applies to US residents)

You will be reimbursed in the form of Store Credit, it does not expire!

Your store credit will be issued as soon as the item arrives back to us. (granted it is in the same condition as when we shipped it to you) Please note original shipping is not reimbursed.

If you would just like to Exchange for a different size, email me at NativeBoheme@yahoo.com - Please let me know in the email that you would like to exchange. If the size is available upon receiving the returned item, we will issue you store credit for the item and you can reorder the item on the website as normal in your size. If the size is no longer available, we will issue you a gift card.

 

ITEMS "RETURNED TO SENDER": Please make sure you have entered in ALL shipping information correctly on your order before you place it. If an item is returned to us due to "no receptacle" or a bad address, we will work with you as best we can, but please be aware that we cannot void/refund shipping labels after an item has been sent. If you would like to have an item re-shipped, the customer will have to cover the shipping costs.

 

SHIPPING:

We currently ship domestically in the United States via USPS or UPS and to Canada. All orders will receive tracking information by email. Orders are typically fulfilled within 24-48 hrs.

We ship for a flat rate of $7 to US.

Shipping rates to CANADA are based on the weight of your order.

We do offer free shipping for any orders above $100 to our US residents only. Unfortunately we can not offer free shipping to CAN at this time.

FREE SHIPPING is automatically applied at checkout.

 

Lost Packages: We are not responsible in the unfortunate event of a lost package. Once it leaves our hands we are not in control of the items. The customer is responsible to correspond with the shipping carrier for assistance.
